FAQ's regarding Mary's Keepsakes and More

  • Q:  Can I send you my images and photos electronically by e-mail?      

  • A:   ABSOLUTELY! However there are a couple of guidelines that         

    •           should be followed when sending images by e-mail:                          
            The image should be at least 300 dpi and the format should             
             be .jpg, .gif, or .bmp. You can reach us by e-mail at:

  • Q:  What sizes are the finished photo graphics available in?            
    •     
  • A:  Finished photo graphics are available in standard frame sizes of      

    •        4x6, 5x7 and 8x10, ready for framing. Also if you use a mat              
    in the frame, you can use an 11x14 frame as well.                    
    •    
  • Q:  Will my picture be harmed and will I get it back?                          
    •  
  • A:  Your photo will not be harmed in any way, and it will be returned     

    • to you in the same condition in which it was received.             
  • Q:  How should my pictures be mailed?                                             
  • A:  Pictures should be mailed preferably 1st class mail, sandwiched    

    •       in between 2 light pieces of cardboard, so they won't get bent, and
        "PHOTOS: DO NOT BEND" written on the outside of the envelope
